HEAL: Amethyst Thumbstone
Amethyst carries a calming and serene energy thought to help you unwind and relax. It can help soothe the body, reducing anxious nerves and restlessness.
It is an excellent crystal to use when you feel jittery or wound up, helping you feel more relaxed and peaceful. Amethyst is thought to help us focus, reducing scattered thoughts, which in turn improves our memory, and allowing us clear a cloudy mind, boost creativity and calm the emotions.
Thumbstones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation, used for relaxation or anxiety relief.
They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving the thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving the thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress, and aid relaxation and meditation.
The smoothness of the stone is most often created naturally by running water.
Your item will be intuitively chosen, due to the nature of the stone variations in appearance are expected, however they will be very similar to the image pictured.
